Anderson County Federal Credit Union is a cooperative, not-for-profit, financial institution, owned and operated by its members to meet their financial needs
The Board of Directors, elected by the membership, is a diverse group of individuals, each serving 3-year voluntary term.

Credit Union became Anderson County Federal Credit Union
We were founded in 1954
Anderson County Federal Credit Union was first established as Palestine Knox Glass Credit Union in 1954. After the 1st year they had opened 111 Accounts and given 142 loans, they had an office inside of Knox Glass.
In May, 1969 the Credit Union changed the name to Glass Container Palestine Credit Union
On April 23, 1973 the Credit Union became Anderson County Federal Credit Union and opened its membership to anyone who worked or lived in Anderson County.
